How Does Sales Team Coaching Work?

Sales coaching is different to attending a course - it is an ongoing activity that keeps your team motivated and on-top of what you need to do rather than a one-off course that leaves you to your own devices thereafter. Once you have decided to use CareerSavant Sales Team Coaching Program you will agree on a number of sessions and scope for your team. A combination of team based workshops, team based coaching, and 1-1 coaching will be included. Our Program Scope Includes

· 2-4 Day Sales Workshop (6 - 12 staff)

· 1 Day Sales Team Coaching Review Per Quarter or Per Month (Optional, 6 - 12 staff)

· 2 Hours per quarter or per Month of 1-1 coaching (Optional, 6 - 12 staff)

· Fees start as low as $2,250 per staff (based on 6+ staff).
