Executive Mentor Jobs - Services and Fee Structure

We aim to offer a flexible structure for our mentor network.  CareerSavant provides three service options, and three fee methods – to allow you, our mentors, to participate in your own way! 

• CareerSavant “ Mentor Introduction Services ” is a service option that matches individuals seeking career mentoring with registered mentors.  The mentoring services and associated client fees are standardised by CareerSavant.   
   
• CareerSavant “ Listing Services ” is a service that allows registered mentors to advertise their services in our network. The range of mentor jobs available is virtually endless and CareerSavant matches interested clients with the mentor. The registered mentors define the customised mentoring services in consultation with the prospective clients.  Mentors pay a fee based on a selected fee method which can be either per month or per lead basis. Where the per lead option is selected, CareerSavant collects a fee for every lead passed to the mentor; the mentor works with the client to agree a contract. Where the per month option is selected, CareerSavant collects a fee every month for listing the mentor’s details in the directory and passing leads to the mentor where matches are made; the mentor works with the client to agree a contract.
   
• CareerSavant “ Listing With Order Processing Services ” is a service that allows registered mentors to advertise their services in our network.  Registered mentors pre-define the customised mentoring services and associated client fees -- CareerSavant process the orders. The registered mentors deliver the mentoring services to the clients.
