·     Career Check-up.  At the start of your annual program through one on one discussion with your career advisor a health check on your career will be conducted.  Areas to be explored will include your past roles and performance, your relationships with peers, supervisors, and subordinates, and your goals and objectives for the future. 

 

·     Salary Review.  Your salary progression will be reviewed and your current salary will be reviewed annually with the current market data.  Feedback will be provided in terms of your current earning potential and your relative pay scales within your profession.

 

·     Career Counselling.  You will be provided with ongoing access to our career advisory team via telephone and email.  This service can be used for ad hoc questions, guidance with potential job offers or negotiations, practical advice on how to market yourself, and tools or suggestions to expand your research.

 

·     Resume Review.  Each year you will be encouraged to submit your current resume for comments and suggestions by our expert team of career advisors and resume writers.  Keeping your resume up to date is not only practical, but it also provides a regular opportunity re-evaluate your performance against your personal career objectives.

• CareerSavant “ Quarterly Mentoring Program” – We believe mentoring is best done over time – a great result needs analysis, action, monitoring, and review.  Our quarterly mentoring program provides consistent access to the same mentor over the course of a year with one meeting each quarter.  The program consists of four one hour meetings over the course of one year, and prices start from $880 (AUD Inclusive of GST) based on the experience and qualifications of your mentor. 
   
• CareerSavant “ Annual Mentoring Program” – For many, a career is the biggest investment of time and money they will make in their life.  If you believe in constant improvement, and want to accelerate your career potential, take the time to subscribe to our annual mentoring program.  Our annual program provides consistent access to the same mentor over the course of a year with an hour long meeting each month, and 6 additional hours of preparation or research by your mentor to bring the most to each session.  In these sessions, your mentor will take you through the following activities: 

Review of career history, core skills, competencies, and achievements. 

Review of personal goals, objectives, expectations, and timelines. 

Review and identification of key issues, concerns, or topics to evaluate. 

Advice to focus future action and analysis on a limited set of core issues. 

Advice to set expectations for future development within a reasonable timeframe. 

Advice to develop core skills and competencies in line with development goals. 

Advice in the development of an action plan to help address core issues. 

Evaluation of progress against action plan and development plan.
