· CandidateSource - For our fixed fee of $1,990 AUD, we will leverage our databases, social networks, industry contacts, general research group, as well use advertising campaigns to identify and select CVs based on your defined job description, and selection criteria. We will then conduct a full pre-screen of each CV which matches the criteria, and complete a telephone interview where appropriate. We pass to you a short list of CVs for you to proceed with face to face interviews. You don't need to spend you time sifting through volumes of CVs, and using your internal staff to conduct tedious pre-screening activities - you get quality CVs within two weeks of submitting a job description and selection criteria. · EmployeeSource - For our fixed fee of $2,990 AUD, we start by working with you to create the job description, the advertising scripts, and the selection criteria. Getting these element right can often determine the success of getting the right employee! From this quality baseline, we will leverage our databases, social networks, industry contacts, general research group, as well use advertising campaigns to identify and select CVs based on your defined job description, and selection criteria. We will then conduct a full pre-screen of each CV which matches the criteria, and complete a telephone interview where appropriate. We will provide you with a full detailed profile and notes on each of the short listed candidates. We will then organise and coordinate all interviews and follow up communications up to and including an offer letter, and acceptance. Finally, we will conduct reference checks for the successful candidate, and follow up with them to confirm their start date. · InterviewSource - For our fixed fee of $6,990 AUD, we will provide you with the full end to end service provider in EmployeeSource, but we will also leverage the CareerSavant expert career mentoring network, with deep domain and industry expertise to conduct the face to face interviews with candidates prior to short listing. Interviews will be conducted face to face in the location of the candidate, and be done by an assigned resource with experience in both the domain and the industry of the vacant position.
