Our mentor jobs required past experience in executive coaching or as a career advisors. We have mentor jobs across all industries, and all major locations in Australia. Career advisors in our network are matched with clients seeking experience based executive coaching. We match our clients to our career advisors based on industry, process, and functional expertise.

Our career mentors organize time to meet the client either face to face, on a conference call, or through email - and provide experienced based executive coaching to accelerate the achievement of their career objectives. All you need is your experience, some spare time, and a passion for giving back. Work as little or as much as you like - you nominate your availability and we supply the appropriate number of clients. You earn hourly rates for executive coaching, retainer fees for staying an active member of the network, and referral fees for introducing new mentors into the network.
