CareerSavant provides full end to end management of your corporate mentoring program leveraging our external network of expert mentors. Our program provides a baseline for all enterprises whether you have less than 10 or over 10,000 staff. The mentoring program will include the items listed below.
· Target Audience Analysis. We work with organisations to target their mentoring programs to meet their business objectives. We will provide you with advice and benefits analysis for covering all staff, top talent, or specific professions (e.g. sales, finance, management, consulting, etc.). · Mentor Identification. One of the key success factors in a mentoring program is the passion and interest from the mentor community. We will work with you to identify mentors who are best placed and most suited to contributing most to the program. · Mentor Training. Each external mentor in the program is trained in advance of participating in the program. The training will focus on providing the mentor with core mentoring skills, an understanding of the objectives of the client specific program, and the expectations placed upon them within the program. · Communications Program. Regular communication is essential throughout a mentoring program. All participates will receive regular information through all three phases of the program. This will include informative reporting as well as face to face meetings around mentor matching, occurrence of mentor / mentee meetings, and satisfaction surveys. · Mentor / Mentee Matches. It is critical to map mentees with well suited mentors. This needs to be done based on functional skill, experience level, personality, and personal style. CareerSavant will work with each organisation to outline key selection parameters or use our proprietary matching algorithms. · External Mentors. CareerSavant has a network of mentors from a variety of industries, business functions, and experience levels. These mentors will be matched with each staff member participating in the program. Staff will benefit from industry and domain wide mentoring rather than only internal views. · Program Management and Monitoring. Execution and follow through are critical to realisation of benefits in a mentoring program. A nominated program manager will provide regular updates on the status of the program, and critical actions or issues which need to be addressed for continued success.
The cost of the program is $329 AUD inclusive of GST per staff member per month for a 12 month subscription. The first month's fee is payable upon placement of the order.
